I purchased two VideoSecu IR801K Indoor/Outdoor Day/Night Vision Security Cameras. They each function excellent. I have mounted one outside so far. The daytime color view is authentic great and the night vision is also. Beneficial viewing range in the dark. The audio is clear no phantom sounds. One particular can see the IR lights in the dark if you appear for them but not blatantly so. The cable is of beneficial top quality and the VHS adapters are solid. Superior cost for a solid item.
I purchased one of these to connect to a new averdigi card I bought for my computer. To be sincere, the motivation was that it had a Sony image sensor a excellent quantity of IR led's and one of the lowest prices I've noticed. So far this camera has been outstanding. It is not the sharpest resolution, and absolutely does not compare to what you would get for a lot a lot more revenue, but for a basic camera it really is terrific.
The picture quality both day and night is very good, body and mount are solid. You can see the IR LED's at night (faint red glow), but nothing obvious or distracting. I wish the mount had a small way more movement, but you can make it do what you want for the most portion.
The 3.6mm lens provides a good wide view, even at close distances, excellent for an entry, which is what I'm utilizing this 1 for.
So far it is been a excellent camera that I would advise, and will personally be getting at least a couple a lot more of.
